Thursday Meditation at East Liberty Carnegie Library

Join us at the East Liberty Carnegie Library every Thursday for a one hour long session. This session introduces the philosophy behind meditation as well as practical techniques to calm the mind. Each session includes body and breath awareness, a guided meditation on loving-kindness, and group discussion. It is open to all who are interested in spiritual growth and fostering social harmony.
