Wednesday Meditation at Pittsburgh Buddhist Center

This two-hour session offers an opportunity for both learning and inner peace. Resident monks will guide participants in finding calm and exploring techniques for managing life’s challenges. Each session includes chanting, guided meditation on loving-kindness and breathing, group discussion, and a blessing service.
